The accused, as Dube and Sanjay Mishra Manoj, was recently arrested and their staff Vijay Dubey, Manish Dubey and Ajit Mantra is still absconding.

The defendants have misled the student’s say that the sea of the merchant navy maritime Rock Institute offers courses and jobs to foreign courts, the police said.

They also stated that the Institute is a member of the International Maritime Academy (IMA) in Chennai and the Department of Merchant Shipping. Students with minimum qualification requirements for the 12-m standard elible were to transform themselves in the Institute, they said.

In July 2008, a 19-year-old boy was in custody; he complained that he had paid 60,000 rupees to the sea in the suburb of Andheri Rock Institute rates on shipping.
