I’m asking U for some knowledge about your idea in stretching technics, since I train many-time a week, but my muscles not give me more opportunity to work as much as I want, since my muscles getting very tights and not giving me the possibility to be smooth and elastic to practice more!! Maybe it’s age (47)

@McDave1312 some tkd have punching that tkd is called ITF. Maybe master Woo is WTF (world tkd federation)

i don’t practive taekwondo, but this is just beautifull. Whenever someone can make a difficult move look easy, there is some mastery involved.
