Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration – PDBA
The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) gives individuals new knowledge and the skills to lead with confidence. It is a management development programme at pre-masters level and sits between the AIM (Associate in Management) and MBA programmes at the GSB. The course is perfect for middle managers who want to enrich their careers, junior managers with proven leadership potential and specialised individuals moving into general management roles. This modular programme consists of three two-week, full-time modules. In between modules students are required to complete individual and group assignments and private study. Students will need to draw extensively on their work and life experience. The qualification is registered at the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level 7 and is aligned closely with that of the GSB MBA.
