    @NavyMedicUSMC I got an Associates, and I am trying to explain metrics, measuring and process to people who have much more education. Maybe it is just my company, it is a big one and they are the worst at hiring people in power positions that are just redic…

    @CaptainBerz Yeah, I have found that a lot myself. I used to work in teaching at the university level and when I got back out into the business world one thing I noticed was just the situation you’re talking about. I said to the ‘hiring manager’ at one point – a girl so young she probably still gets carded – “You’re not very good at this ‘hiring thing’, are you?” LOL
