If you curl a weight for bicep you’ll probably take a weight like 40 lbs?
If you do a pull up its your own weight, perhaps 160 lbs or more or less!
Thats why its so hard you know!
But you just gotta work with the numbers you get in reach and increase those! You’ll see if you do alot calisthenics you will improve alot!
And you gotta remember to always warm up BEFORE the workout and Cool down AFTER! its very important

I Respect all These Brothas and Sistas Getting There Mind Body And Knowledge Linked Up And Worked Out Ive Been Working Out In My Home Since I Was 14 And Got Beat In Pushups By Some Weakling,So I started And Never Looked Back And Now I Master Pushups And Any Workout I Recite.Working Out Is More Than Getting “Showoff Muscles” It is Gaining Strength Of Mind And Body It Is An art And A Lifestyle A Process of Pain And Endurance.Thank You Jesus.
