    @dancindrummer hey, see it this way :) If you curl a weight for bicep you’ll probably take a weight like 40 lbs?
    If you do a pull up its your own weight, perhaps 160 lbs or more or less!
    Thats why its so hard you know!
    But you just gotta work with the numbers you get in reach and increase those! You’ll see if you do alot calisthenics you will improve alot!
    And you gotta remember to always warm up BEFORE the workout and Cool down AFTER! its very important

    Yooooooo this is doooope!!!! These dudes is ripped my nizzle!!! Man, this vid got me hype, I want to try this. Im 250lbs as well but not even close to being ripped like these dudes.I cant do pull ups like them. I gotta work my way up. do 5 and rest. lol

    I Respect all These Brothas and Sistas Getting There Mind Body And Knowledge Linked Up And Worked Out Ive Been Working Out In My Home Since I Was 14 And Got Beat In Pushups By Some Weakling,So I started And Never Looked Back And Now I Master Pushups And Any Workout I Recite.Working Out Is More Than Getting “Showoff Muscles” It is Gaining Strength Of Mind And Body It Is An art And A Lifestyle A Process of Pain And Endurance.Thank You Jesus.

    speaking from the UK. ive found the DVDs, hoping to buy all 3 of them and a pull up bar with in the next month :) so thank you. btw i really, really like and am very interested your clothing but they’re a little/very expensive for me to buy :( .

    I’ve been trying to do workouts like these for the last 4 months, my hands are all callused up but it’s just getting too damn cold and I can’t get a good grip on my bar. You guy’s got any suggestions for gloves?
